What is Ambit? - The service

Ambit is a personal tool that helps you remember and stay in touch with people you know. You add information to it; it reminds you to reach out.

Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Ambit to send unsolicited messages or spam
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
• Use Ambit for any unlawful purpose
• Resell or commercially exploit Ambit without permission

Content you provide

You retain ownership of the data you put into Ambit. By using Ambit, you grant us permission to store, process, and display that data solely to provide the service to you. SMS Messagiing

If you opt in to SMS, you agree to receive messages from Ambit as described on our SMS Policy page. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Service Availability

We try to keep Ambit running reliably but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Disclaimers

Ambit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not responsible for your relationships, your communications, or the consequences of acting on Ambit's reminders or suggestions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Ambit.

Termination

You can stop using Ambit at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
